[March 2019] The Science Based Targets initiatives (SBTi) is inviting financial institutions to develop the target-setting methods to meet the Paris Agreement 2ºC temperature rise limitation by the end of this century.

Participation from the financial sector in the development process is crucial to ensure the method's practicality and validity. Financial institutions, no matter of geographical boundaries, are invited to apply to road test and provide feedback on the draft target-setting methods. Feedback from road testers will inform the final methods and framework. Please note that financial institutions are not required to publicly commit to the SBT to participate in road-testing.
